questions i’m asking myself

so currently, i am in my substack and podcast era. recently, on substack, i stumbled on hilary smith’s piece: questions i’m asking myself. it had me pondering on the multitude of things I've been asking myself and dying to discuss.

so here are the questions that have been flooding my brain over the past few months:

what do i truly want?

is what I’m doing now what i really want to do?

am i happy right now?

do i need more friends?

who are truly my friends?

am i lying to myself about anything?

why does everyone seem mad?

how much will it cost to give everyone therapy?

why do i suck so much at being consistent with literally anything?

why is the internet so draining?

am i online too much?

why does my style in my head not match the style in my closet?

how to wear a mini skirt without flashing my ass to everyone?

how are these girlies wearing mini skirts and taking public transport cause God knows these cheeks are not touching those dirty underground seats ..?

if i didn’t relax my hair that one time in port-harcourt will my hair be down to my ankles by now?

why is everything “core” now?

can i make my own “core”?

is the metaverse dead like crypto?

how to stop mistakenly scrolling on tiktok for one hour straight?

do i want to be an ozempic queen or a creatine baddie?

if social media did not exist what would success look like to me?

can i swap my brain for one without anxiety and overthinking?

why does everything become so irrelevant the older i get?

why is everything so draining?

why is everyone in so much of a rush to get to the next step?

will any of us truly enjoy success as it comes?

will anyone even read this or like anything i put out?
